This fully integrated office has it all: intercom, finger print access control, lighting, motorized blinds & drapes, distributed audio, climate control and much more.

 

Every room and common area has individual lighting, shades, audio and climate control, accessible from one of the many touchscreens throughout the offices.

 

There is a large boardroom with several unique features such as a 65" flat panel TV that lowers 12 feet from the 18 foot ceiling, and motorized speakers that fold down when in use.. There are hidden connections for a laptop in a motorized pop-up hidden within the boardroom table. There is also an automatic lock the seals the double sliding doors from the inside for privacy when a meeting is in progress.

 

The CEO's office includes other unique features. Finger print access allows only authorized entry and not only unlocks the doors but also turns on the lights and fireplace! There is also a TV with a motorized arm that swings out for viewing and tucks itself away when not in use.

 

 

This Crestron controlled boardroom features full lighting and blind control as well as 2 separate presentation systems.

 

The main projector drops down from the ceiling to light up an ultra-wide 3840x1080 screen which also drops from the ceiling. This is complimented with 4 discrete in-ceiling speakers for audio as well as 2 hidden microphones for teleconferencing.

 

The secondary projector is part of a smartboard system which projects onto a smaller screen hidden within the cabinetry. The smartboard system projects a computer's desktop and allows the user to draw and use overlays similar to a whiteboard but all digital and recorded for later use.

 

 

We provided a keyless FOB entry system, overhead gate control, newenterphones for every building and cameras throughout the property. All of these system were tied in seamlessly so that they could be controlled from any computer in the central office. The entire system utilizes a fiber optic network which even spans across the street to the 4th building!

 

The FOB system and electronic locks were wired to 144 doors and 5 overhead gates, allowing every person in the building to have only 1 FOB as opposed to multiple keys. All transactions are logged and suspicious activities are flagged with a date and time that corresponds to the camera system so that video footage can be reviewed if necessary.

 

There are 48 high definition megapixel network cameras throughout the common areas and parkades. All motion is recorded and can be viewed live on any of the computers in the office as well as on mobile devices so the security guards can view other areas while patrolling.

 

There was also a need for a new enterphone system. The previous system had to be programmed directly from its keypad and was incredibly tedious. The new system is networked to the office and can be programmed from any computer.
